The Role:

As one of our HVAC Installers, you will be responsible for retrofitting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. Our priority is the customer by ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do:

• Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and IAQ systems in residential homes.
• Ensure HVAC installations are completed according to manufacturer specifications, safety codes, and local regulations.
• Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Review and follow installation schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate installation details to homeowners.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure readiness for each job.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC industry trends and technologies.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installations.
• Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.
• EPA Certification required.
