Job Type:

Part-Time - 28-35 hours per week

Hourly | Non-Exempt

⏰ Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)

Shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM depending on workload

Pay:

$15.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

PrepFort is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associates to support our Amazon FBA Prep Services . You will be responsible for inspecting, prepping, labeling, and packaging products in compliance with Amazon's strict FBA requirements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

FBA Prep & Packaging

• Unbox, inspect, and prep inbound shipments from customers
• Apply FNSKU, suffocation warning, expiration date, and other required labels
• Bag, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, or tape units as required
• Create and apply carton and pallet labels for outbound shipments
• Assemble boxes and prep cartons to Amazon standards
• Ensure all prep work meets quality and accuracy standards

Inventory & Documentation

• Follow Amazon and PrepFort SOPs for documentation and labeling
• Assist with verifying PO details (unit counts, SKU matching, product condition)
• Sign off on batch work and coordinate with the team lead for final approval

Inbound & Outbound Support

• Help receive deliveries and stage goods for processing
• Palletize completed shipments and stage by carrier dock
• Support loading shipments for carrier pickups

✅ Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience required – we’ll train the right person for specifics
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA (a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to stand, bend, and move for 8+ hours
• Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures
