Warehouse & Production Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: Full-Time, On-Site

As we launch our new Charlotte facility, we are building a strong operational foundation to support growth, quality, and long-term scalability.

 

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse & Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, production flow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment at the Charlotte facility. This role ensures products are assembled, tested, and shipped on time and to specification while maintaining safety, quality, and operational discipline.

 

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily and weekly production and shipment planning

  • Ensure orders are picked, billed, and shipped accurately and on schedule

  • Manage receiving, inspection, stock organization, and inventory control

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in Sage ERP and Salesforce

  • Coordinate logistics, truck consolidation, and outbound shipments

  • Supervise warehouse and production staff, including work assignments and scheduling

  • Enforce safety procedures and productivity standards

Production & Assembly

  • Supervise production lines, assembly lines, and battery programming stations

  • Ensure smart lights are assembled, programmed, tested, and charged properly

  • Confirm quality inspections are completed prior to shipment

  • Track and report KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment

People, Process, and Improvement

  • Train new warehouse and production staff

  • Support the development and documentation of SOPs

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to warehouse flow and production processes

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment

What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing management

  • Proven experience managing teams and daily operations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage, and Salesforce

  • Ability to balance hands-on work with planning and oversight

  • Calm, practical decision-making under pressure

 

Location & Training

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. Initial training will take place at Fonroche Lighting America’s Fort Worth, TX headquarters for approximately one to three months depending on experience.
