NuCall Solutions is a growing virtual assistant agency that provides reliable, professional support to real estate agents and property managers. We help our clients save time, stay organized, and grow their businesses with confidence by handling their day-to-day administrative needs.

Job Summary

We’re seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to support our clients with administrative, scheduling, communication, and operational tasks. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflows for busy professionals — acting as an extension of their business.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or showings
* Input and update data in CRMs, property listings, and management systems
* Draft and send documents such as lease agreements, follow-ups, and reminders
* Coordinate maintenance or vendor communication (for property-related tasks)
* Track project progress and communicate task updates
* Perform general admin tasks (file management, data entry, email cleanup)
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the client and NuCall team

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Prior VA, admin, or assistant experience (real estate or property management a plus)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, CRMs, or property platforms
* Ability to learn new software quickly
* Reliable internet connection and distraction-free work environment
* Organized, self-motivated, and responsive
