We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is interested in working as part of a team, is assertive, and open to constructive feedback. The security officer is designated to work in Vernon and Norwalk, CA.

Job Title:  Unarmed Security Guard

Job Type:  Entry Level: Full time , Graveyard Shift

Job Duties:

• Screen & Register all incoming visitors
• Perform hourly patrols
• Secure/Guard facility and other designated areas
• Observe: Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activity
• Report: Create Incident Reports and Notify management team of any incidents

Skill s/Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Surveillance/Reporting Skills
• Punctual, Reliable, Respectful
• Customer Service skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in the U.S
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs. (e)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment background check

License:  California Guard Card

Pay Frequency:  Biweekly

Location: Vernon and Norwalk, CA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Monday - Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
