Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to support our client based in Foster City, California. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial reporting for a large international public company. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to key financial processes and collaborate with major banking institutions. Responsibilities: - Oversee cash flow management and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Handle bank guarantees, letters of credit, and related operations in alignment with company standards. - Administer the opening, closing, and signer management of corporate bank accounts. - Gather and consolidate treasury data, including information from foreign bank accounts, for reporting purposes. - Prepare and deliver presentation materials for board reporting using PowerPoint. - Conduct capital market analysis to support strategic financial decisions. - Collaborate with major financial institutions to optimize banking operations. - Assist with cash reconciliations and ensure alignment with company practices. - Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate insights. Requirements - A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate treasury or related fields. - Proven expertise in cash flow analysis, cash management, and capital markets. - Strong knowledge of banking operations, including working with major banks such as JPMorgan and other leading financial institutions. - Proficiency in preparing board-level presentations using PowerPoint. - Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis. - Familiarity with US GAAP and its application in treasury functions. - Experience with treasury operations in large international public companies. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
