Description

Astrana Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support our treasury operations. This role will be responsible for managing banking activities, executing payments, and assisting with financial transactions to ensure the company’s liquidity and financial security. The Treasury Analyst will collaborate with various departments to support acquisitions, tax payments, insurance documentation, and other treasury-related initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Utilize Kyriba to code transactions, set up accounts, and manage payment processing efficiently.
• Open, close, and update signers on bank accounts as needed.
• Assist in processing wire transfers and other payment transactions.
• Support treasury activities related to acquisitions, ensuring smooth financial transitions.
• Assist other departments with treasury-related requests, providing expertise and guidance.
• Manage and process tax payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and assist with insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support bond-related activities, including documentation and compliance.
• Participate in daily treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to resolve treasury-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations.
• 1+ years of experience with Kyriba
• Strong understanding of banking processes, wire transfers, and cash management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with treasury management software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

• Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave. 2nd Floor, Alhambra, CA 91801.
• The target pay range for this role is: $32 - $38/hr. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
