Job Description

SUMMARY

Toyota of Hampton is hiring for a experienced express service advisor. We are searching for great people to join our team that want to work in a clean and safe environment in our ever growing dealership, Come and see what we have to offer. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with clients in a one on one relationship
Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information,
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
Explain all completed work and charges to clients

* REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
Above average energy level
A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
