Get to Know Your Team:

• Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital (specializes in surgical services, diagnostic imaging and pain management, offering state-of-the-art MRI, computed tomography and myelography technology.

• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments according to established policy.
• Perform quality control and assemble and package instruments according to established policy. 
• Properly store sterile items. 
• Maintain non-sterile backup instruments in the processing room.
• Perform tracking as assigned by the OR Manager or Sterile Processing Lead Tech. 
• Maintains adequate processing supplies and coordinates with material management to order supplies. 
• Accurately maintain sterilization records. 

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• CRCST certification required within one year from date of hire

Preferred Job Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Previous experience in sterile processing
• Knowledge of steam and hydrogen peroxide sterilization
