SUMMARY At Miraval Arizona, we believe that healing begins the moment a guest arrives. As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming presence that sets the tone for each guest's wellness journey. You create a calm, supportive environment where guests feel seen, heard, and cared for. With grace and attention to detail, you guide guests through their spa experience-from scheduling treatments to offering thoughtful product recommendations-ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to mindful service.
Essential Functions: - Welcome with Intention: Greet guests with presence and professionalism, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
- Support the Guest Journey: Schedule spa treatments and wellness services with accuracy and care, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Facilitate Transactions: Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash with attention to detail and integrity.
- Offer Thoughtful Guidance: Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs and preferences, promoting holistic wellbeing.
- Maintain Tranquility: Ensure locker rooms and common areas are clean, stocked, and sanitized throughout the day.
- Collaborate Mindfully: Work closely with spa therapists, attendants, and other departments to support guest needs and operational flow.
- Stay Present: Remain calm and empathetic when assisting guests with questions or concerns, always responding with kindness and clarity.
- Contribute Wholeheartedly: Embrace a variety of responsibilities during each shift, adapting with flexibility and grace.

Qualifications Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills that translate to heart-led service for our guests
- Ability to stand and walk for longperiods of time
- You arelogical, empathetic, and kind, with a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and supported.
- You are comfortablestanding and walking for extended periods, and able to lift, pull, push, or drag moderate weight.
- You have a strong sense ofteamwork, and are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
- You areflexible and adaptable, able to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- You are at least18 years of age, and ideally have experience in spa reception within a resort or hotel setting.
