School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Travel Position Location: Federal Way, WA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 39 weeks Shift: 5x8s Days Pay: $1933/week Job Description: We are seeking a caring and reliable School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health and well-being of students in a school setting. The School LPN will provide basic medical care, administer medications, and assist in managing students with chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to creating a safe, healthy learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid and illness management. * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies. * Assist in monitoring and managing chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies). * Maintain accurate health records and documentation. * Communicate with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student health needs. * Support health education and promote wellness among students.
