We are hiring for a Salesforce Developer to support multiple instances across the eero organization. At eero, Salesforce is a critical system for selling and providing support to our customers in both Retail and B2B channels. This role will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud instances and will report to our Senior Sales Operations Manager.

Key job responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration patterns and other Salesforce technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and AWS services
- Implement and maintain CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments
- Optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in Service and Sales Cloud environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Excellent experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)
- Experience with AWS services
