About the Role
Epex is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals with backgrounds in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC . If you’re ready to grow your income by selling multiple trades under one roof , this is for you.
This is not entry-level. We’re looking for closers who want:
Higher commissions per deal

What You’ll Sell
Residential Roofing, Windows, Solar, and HVAC
Single-trade or bundled packages
Home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution
What You’ll Earn
Competitive commissions per deal (no volume hustle)

CRM, pricing, scopes, and support all handled in-house
2+ years of in-home sales experience
Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC
Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently
Self-driven, professional, and results-focused

13-day average install timeline across all trades
In-house PMs, coordinators, and support staff
Daily coaching, trade training, and sales development
1 in 4 reps hit top-tier income in their first year
