We are a team built on high energy, high performing individuals who work together to maintain BMS CAT as an industry leader. **Position Summary** As a Sales Estimator- PJC for us, you will be responsible for estimating mitigation work relating to fire, flood and other losses occurring to residential or commercial properties. You will work in close contact with the insurance company, the adjusters, and the property owner to assure the project is bid accurately and competitively. You will build long-term relationships with adjusters and insurance companies to assure that job opportunities are referred to you for estimating. **Essential Functions** This position will allow you to interact with both commercial and residential property owners, insurance adjusters and TPA's. You will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from a few thousand dollars up to multi-million dollars. With this position, your earnings potential is only capped by your own drive and hard work! **Experience and Skill Requirements** To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years, hands-on experience estimating both residential and commercial mitigation projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. **Xactimate software estimating experience is highly preferred.** The ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial is very important. Experience working with both time and material estimating is also helpful. **Compensation** As a Sales Estimator - PJC you will receive a guaranteed base plus commissions based on each project's profitability. Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview. In addition, you will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, EZ pass or Toll Tag, lap-top, smart phone and all the tools you will need to assure success.
