Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account Executive (AE)
Were seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Account Executive (AE) to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales team. Drive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and AI-supported tools to identify and engage high-potential clients.
Research and understand prospect business models, goals, and challenges to qualify leads effectively.
Manage and update lead pipelines in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and timely activity tracking.
Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that align with each clients unique requirements.
Lead negotiations and close deals while fostering long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with enterprise operations and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Share market insights and client feedback with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and sales strategies.
Actively participate in sales planning and team alignment meetings.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings across North America.
Leverage existing industry relationships to build brand visibility and unlock new opportunities.
Organize client engagements and follow-ups for maximum impact and ROI.
Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., GPT) for competitive research, personalized outreach, and proposal creation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), using automation to drive efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest sales enablement tools and techniques.
35 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in both SDR and AE roles.
Proven success in consultative, solution-oriented selling.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
Comfortable with domestic travel for client engagements and events.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organization.
Proficiency with CRM and sales automation platforms.
Driven by both client success and performance targets.
