Job Description
We're looking for an experienced RF Design Lead to architect and develop cutting-edge RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave integrated solutions (IMAs) for mission-critical defense and space systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with responsibility across proposal, design, prototyping, testing and production release-ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical depth and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do:
+ Architect and design end-to-end RF and mixed-signal systems (VHF to >40 GHz), including up/down converters, synthesizers, PLLs, mixers, filters, A/D converters and Digital architectures
+ Model and simulate RF system performance using advanced analytical tools
+ Support system integration, testing, and validation of high-reliability hardware for spaceflight and defense applications
+ Translate customer specifications into hardware architecture, design documentation, and product releases What You Bring:
+ 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave/mmWave design; strong grasp of
RF systems architecture and circuit design
+ Familiarity with tools like ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB, and Mechanical modeling applications
+ Experience with hardware design from concept through production delivery
+ BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred
Eligibility Requirement: This position requires access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). **Pay Details:** $125,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
