Today we are hiring a Remote/Hybrid, IT Technical Lead Customer Applications for 3 locations Mississauga, ON Canada, Wilmington, DE and Colorado Springs, CO. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Lead to architect and implement next-generation entitlement management system for software and services. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions, guiding technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with IT architecture standards, compliance policies, and business objectives.
Collaborate with software product teams to design and implement license management strategies that enable post-sales monetization relevant to B2B. This includes analyzing business and technical requirements, crafting innovative solutions, and influencing product teams to adopt optimal approaches for software distribution and monetization.
