The hired nurse will perform Home Care Assessments in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. Must love seniors and interacting with them, and you are looking for a slower paced, more flex time position, this is the right fit!
The Registered Nurse (RN) staff is responsible for completing the initial and quarterly follow-up nurse assessments to our non-medical home care clients --which include: Veterans and Aging in Place Population.
Nurse Assessments include:
In addition, the nurse will be responsible to review and sign daily care logs. Applicants must have a current Virginia RN license, valid driver's license, as well as their own transportation. Also, must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Pay: Per nurse assessment visit & a flat office hourly rate for office hours
Excellent communication, writing and computer skills!
Personable and outgoing!
Geriatric nursing experience preferred .
