Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Buyer sales • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Lead follow-up • CRM • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
