We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Front Desk team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes in accordance with brand standards.
• Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and handle payment transactions (cash, credit, and direct billing).
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and Choice Privileges loyalty program.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer and direct phone calls using the hotel's switchboard system.
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all security, privacy, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn hotel systems (choiceADVANTAGE PMS is a plus).
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance (uniform and nametag required per brand standards).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs.
