THE ROLE (What You’ll OWN)

This position exists for one reason:

To deliver projects on time, on budget, and with a 5-star client experience—every time.

This role is defined by clear outputs, clear accountability, and zero ambiguity.

Your Scoreboard

You win in this role when:

• Projects hit deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Gross margins are protected and change orders are properly managed
• Clients leave 5-star reviews and become ambassadors
• Crews are aligned, efficient, and productive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, and pool installation projects
• Own scheduling, permitting, material ordering, inspections, and site logistics
• Hold crews accountable to production rates and quality standards
• Manage budgets, job costing, and margin protection
• Identify risks early and eliminate them before they become issues
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, builders, and subcontractors
• Maintain clean job files, documentation, and project updates
• Ensure safe, organized, efficient job sites

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5+ years construction or project management experience preferred
• Must understand reading plans, job costing, and scheduling
• Familiar with outdoor living, pools, hardscape, or residential construction (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to walk active job sites and coordinate crews
• Willing to work until projects are complete—not until the clock hits 4pm

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• Competitive base salary ($67,000-$81,000+)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to schedule, margin, and client satisfaction
• Company truck allowance (role-dependent)
• Phone stipend
• PTO + additional earned incentives
• Growth path into Senior PM or Division Manager as we scale.
