What You'll Do:

• Perform residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
• Follow checklists and company procedures to deliver top-quality service
• Provide a professional and friendly experience to clients
• Work independently or in a small team, traveling between homes during the day

What You'll Need to Join the Team:

• You must be available 3-5 days Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years)
• Your own vehicle that is reliable, registered, and insured
• Pass a personal and driving background check
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, push/pull, and  perform   physically active work for 6-7 hours per day
• Be at least 21 years old
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and dependable nature—we rely on each other!
• Live within a 30-minute drive of Victor, NY so you feel comfortable with your commute

Pay Details:

• Paid Training
• Performance Pay: After 1–3 weeks of training, cleaners move to commission-based pay
• Most part-time team members earn $125–$175/day on average, including tips and bonuses
• Full and Part-time positions available
