What You’ll Handle

• Set up and run manual equipment—lathes, mills, and grinders—to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to ensure every detail matches requirements.
• Verify parts using precision measuring tools and perform in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain and troubleshoot manual machines to sustain peak performance and reliability.
• Collaborate across the team to hit production timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and keep an organized, clean work area.
• Mentor junior machinists and share best practices to elevate the team’s craftsmanship.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical training is a plus.
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Manual Machinist or in a comparable role.
• Deep knowledge of manual machining processes, tooling, and workholding.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working independently and contributing within a team environment.
• Solid understanding of safety standards for machining operations.
