Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Pay: $19,000 - $20,748 / year

Benefits: part time position - no benefits

Position Overview:

A private household is seeking a reliable and motivated Personal Assistant to provide organizational and administrative support in both personal and household matters. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, file, and maintain paperwork and records.
• Assist with events, holidays, and gatherings.
• Support day-to-day household operations.
• Perform clerical duties and general administrative tasks.
• Run errands and assist with special projects as needed.
• Provide support in a pet-friendly environment (two friendly dogs on the property).

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
• Prior experience in administrative support or personal assistance is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a household with pets.

Work Schedule:

This is initially a part-time role, three days a week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position (Monday through Friday).
