Position Overview
The Patching / SCCM Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on endpoint management, patching, and compliance. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and related patching infrastructure, ensuring timely updates, secure baselines, and compliance with DOE directives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows desktop/server patching, automation, and reporting, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
