Frog Academy is seeking a Bus Driver to join our growing team . We are looking for someone who is self-driven, punctual, attentive, and motivated — someone who loves working with children and making a difference every day! No prior bus driving experience or special license is required !

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate the school bus on established routes.
• Ensure children’s safety during transportation.
• Maintain a clean and functional bus at all times.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Complete daily maintenance and safety checks.
• Keep mileage, fuel, and ridership records.
• Address behavioral or safety concerns appropriately.
• Be prepared to assist during unexpected situations.
• Provide support in classrooms when needed — helping teachers create a fun, engaging environment.
• Supervise students during activities and transitions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• No previous bus driving experience required — we’ll train you!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• CPR certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable, positive, and trustworthy attitude.
• Loves talking to people and building relationships.
• Energetic, fun, and eager to grow personally and professionally.
• Someone who WORKS hard and PLAYS harder!
