Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, managing calendars, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
