Are you a detailed and passionate paralegal/legal assistant in Nevada?!

I am working with several boutique to mid sized firms who need your talents!

Overview:

Support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, maintaining files, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a firm understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.

Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation.

Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence.

Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials, and meetings.

File legal documents with courts and government agencies.

Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties.

Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.

Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all legal ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.

Paralegal certification from an accredited program (preferred).

2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
