Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within assigned areas, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing a visible presence to deter criminal activity. This position requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to operate surveillance equipment, and a commitment to upholding the law.

Responsibilities

  • Saturday & Sunday Coverage: 3:30pm to 9:30pm
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
  • Engage with the public in a professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or gather intelligence.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of property.
  • Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs related to first aid, CPR, conflict management, and other relevant certifications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks as required by law enforcement standards.
  • Transportation , to complete vehicle patrols
  • A strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to public safety is essential.
