Position: Job Title: Mold Maker I (First shift 7am-3:30pm)

The Mold Maker I supports senior Mold makers in building, maintaining, and repairing Injection, EPP, and Insert Molds. This role includes operating basic machining equipment, performing Mold disassembly/assembly, and assisting with new Mold builds while developing technical skills through on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior Mold makers with Mold repairs and new Mold builds.
Safely disassemble, assemble, and maintain Molds and hot runner systems.
Operate CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment.
Read and interpret shop drawings, sketches, and instructions.
Maintain clean work areas, follow safety procedures, and meet quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement and ongoing skills training.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Mold making or Mold maintenance.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills.
Ability to read measuring tools and communicate clearly.
High school diploma preferred; forklift experience a plus.
