**Now Hiring - Mold Maker $40-$50** **About the role:** Join a leading provider of plastic injection molding manufacturing, specializing in industries such as aerospace, defense, communications, medical, and data centers. Your role will involve repairing and modifying various types, sizes, and shapes of plastic injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling with precision and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Repair and modify plastic injection molds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling to tight tolerances. + Operate equipment including CNC mills, manual mills, wire and sinker EDMs, manual lathes, and surface grinders. + Fit and assemble jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies. + Set up, run off, and test dies to produce products to specifications, identifying and correcting die difficulties. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in plastic injection mold building/repair. + Working knowledge of Auto CAD, Master Cam, or Pro E. + CNC Programming Knowledge. + Willingness to operate CNC machines and perform technician duties. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work with close tolerances (+/- .0001). + Collaborative individual, capable of working with multiple departments. **Why Work Here?** Experience career growth and quick promotions in a thriving location with opportunities for quarterly bonuses. **Work Environment** Work on a 1st shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential for a 2nd shift addition. Enjoy a climate-controlled facility with a small team and occasional overtime based on workload. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $104000.00/yr.
