Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandise Coordinator for a top apparel company at their San Francisco, CA offices!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems.
• Responsible for sample management and organization for assigned global product categories.
• Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities as determined by Seniors.
• Act as a conduit of information, materials and samples to cluster merchandising and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain line plans and communicate plans with key cross-functional business partners.
• Assist Merchants/team in preparation for major milestone events & meetings, product performance reviews and sell-out reports.
• Assist with targeted consumer and competitor research via market shopping and fashion publications.
• Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in apparel merchandising recommended
• Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience in PLM a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Passion for product and the consumer 
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
