MEP Estimator - Mechanical Construction

What You Need for this Position

BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:

• Estimating commercial construction projects
• Mechanical trades including HVAC, process piping and plumbing preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar
• Evaluating project plans and bid documents
• Reviewing material take-offs
• Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
• Labor, material and equipment estimates
