THE PERKS

• Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($46-62 including tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed/certified in your state
  
   
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue
  
   
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs
  
   
• Available to work at least 12 hours a week
  
   
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

MEET YOUR MANAGER: Tricia Goldstein-Mallory

Hello! I’m Tricia Goldstein-Mallory, General Manager in San Mateo, with a rich background in business operations and veterinary care. My management style is rooted in servant leadership, prioritizing my colleagues’ needs to help them reach their full potential, inspired by Jane Goodall's compassionate leadership.

Our shop is a place of innovation, inclusivity, and empowerment. I strive to create a supportive environment where our team feels comfortable discussing any issues, valuing their well-being above all. When not at work, I enjoy peaceful moments in scenic places like St. Croix, engaging with stories from 'Maleficent' to 'The Big Bang Theory' and the empowering 'Untamed' by Glennon Doyle. If likened to a dog, I’d be a Great Dane—commanding yet gentle. My entrance music, 'Ramble on Rose' by The Grateful Dead, reflects the adventurous spirit of our team.
