Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our communities and properties in great shape! You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our properties and minimize safety risks. • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Conduct basic repairs to residential properties and buildings.
• Have knowledge in drywall repair, fixture replacements, door and window treatment installation, lockset changeouts, and basic cabinet repairs.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
