**2nd Shift Maintenance Lead** **Shift:** 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm **Department:** Machining and Assembly Maintenance **Reports To:** Maintenance Manager **Role Overview** As the 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our machining and assembly maintenance operations during the critical evening hours. In this role, your expertise will ensure that our equipment-from CNC machines to die casting systems-operates efficiently and safely. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at troubleshooting complex systems, you're the leader we need. **Key Responsibilities** + **Team Leadership:** + Lead and mentor maintenance personnel on the second shift to ensure high performance, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication across departments. + **Technical Troubleshooting:** + Diagnose and resolve issues involving electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation processes. Your troubleshooting skills will be critical to minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal production levels. + **Equipment Oversight:** + Manage maintenance tasks for a variety of machinery, including CNC machining equipment, die casting machinery, and complex automation systems.
