Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Dallas, TX

Firm:

A nationally recognized law firm specializing in litigation with over 200 attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.

Role:
As the Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys and clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing and maintaining case files, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with case preparation and research
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Organizing and maintaining case files, including electronic filing systems
• Conducting legal research using online databases and other resources

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience within a law firm 
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
• Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department
• Strong organizational skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80-85k+, commensurate with experience.
• Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
