Job Description: USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Jira/Confluence Administrator: - Jira/Confluence Administrator: Supports collaborative DevSecOps infrastructure.
- Creates, edits, and deletes user accounts, assigning roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access to projects and information within Jira and Confluence.
- Sets up new projects in Jira and spaces in Confluence, defining workflows, and managing project/space permissions.
- Designs and manages issue workflows within Jira and content creation processes in Confluence.
- Integrates Jira and Confluence with other systems like email, calendars, or other business tools.
- Monitors system performance, identifies bottlenecks, and troubleshoots technical issues.
- Implements security measures to protect sensitive data within the platforms.
- Performs regular backups and ensuring data recovery capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Technical Training (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of experience
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC or CySA+
- Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $87,025 - $117,741. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Travel Required: Less than 10%
