What Success Looks Like

• We have accurate and appropriate inventory levels and records for all warehouses at all times by executing the inventory planning and management processes
• Within two months, understand and be able to execute the major processes and system functions for this role independently
• Maintain Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) for all orders in all channels
• Provide constructive feedback and demonstrate system process improvements
• Zero stockouts for Amazon and Shopify warehouses 

Job Duties

Summary:

MagMod maintains multiple local and remote warehouse locations and is seeking a passionate Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist who is committed to accurate inventory management and on-time delivery for our wholesaler and e-commerce partners. This position manages remote and local warehouse inventory, processes customer orders, and ensures we have the right inventory in the right warehouse to ship quickly, on time, and cost-effectively. 

Details:

• Lead demand planning meetings and make recommendations for purchasing
• Manage transfers and receiving processes while adhering to 3PL standards
• Execute regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Route and ship orders with logistics partners
  • Arrange pickups and drop-offs as necessary
• Record and report on 3PL invoices 
• Manage warranty and return order process
• Track and manage the claims process
• Coordinate with logistics partners for optimal freight management 
• Execute purchase orders for bulk transfers to FBA, 3PL and wholesale partners
• Support the Customer Success team with ticket management and workflow automations
• Maintain and report weekly on KPIs
• Provide data analysis that supports operational improvements
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse

Who

Requirements

• Must be local or willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ
• Have 5+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or logistics management
• Enjoys making a difference on a small team that is committed to our customers' success 
• Have a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable lifting heavy up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
• Comfortable with Mac

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems such as Netsuite, MS Dynamics 365 or other e-commerce systems
• 2+ years of customer service experience
