Job Description

1. Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs.
2. Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
3. Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and materials suitable for the design concept.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and quality compliance.
6. Prepare project documentation , cost estimates, and presentations for clients.
7. Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and environmental standards .
8. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies .
9. Collaborate with the team to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables .
10. Conduct client meetings to present designs, gather feedback, and revise plans accordingly.
