Housekeeper, Palm Beach, FL An established home in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and mature individual to maintain their 7,000 sq. ft. home and its contents in pristine, guest-ready condition. You will assume responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the home for the Principal. This is a full-charge housekeeping role that requires a proactive professional who can work independently and alongside the current team. Responsibilities Assume responsibility for daily and deep cleaning of the home, ensuring daily graces are performed, with special attention to kitchen, baths, and bedrooms Provide knowledgeable, thoughtful care of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, crystal, china, silver, marble, and other delicate materials using proper supplies and techniques Perform household and personal laundry, including ironing, pressing, and steaming of fine garments and linens. Manage and inventory dry cleaning Manage and organize all closets and drawers, perform seasonal wardrobe change-outs, and assist with packing/unpacking luggage Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and supply inventories Assist with clean-up for occasional entertaining Report to the Estate Manager Qualifications 5+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper at a luxury estate and long-term intent Excellent, verifiable references Must speakEnglish Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects Professional demeanor and appearance with a positive, patient personality Flexibility to accommodate changes in routine with ease Sound knowledge of the proper care of fine furnishings Discretion and respect for privacy Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs Must be comfortable working in a home with stairs Schedule MondayFriday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm) Please apply even if you prefer a slightly different schedule, we may be able to accommodate Compensation $45/hour depending on experience Benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, etc. #indmps
