Job Description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
