Lily P’s is a bold new wood-fired pizza concept ready to redefine the local pizza scene. From Neapolitan classics to New York street slices—and everything in between—we’re crafting our own signature style of pizza that people will crave and come back for.

Located inside the iconic Frog Alley building, Lily P’s will be both the dedicated kitchen for a bustling taproom and a destination eatery in its own right. Lily P's will specialize in artisanal wood-fired pizza, alongside scratch-made, elevated pub grub.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Head Pizza Chef to lead the charge in running a kitchen and a menu that guests will travel for.

This isn’t just another chef job—it’s a chance to create, lead, and leave your mark on an emerging concept. As our Head Pizza Chef, you’ll run a fast-paced kitchen, lead a talented crew, and develop a pizza program that rivals the best in the business.

You’ll set the standard for excellence, balancing creativity with discipline, and turning Lily P’s into a true Schenectady staple.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of kitchen operations from prep through service

• Craft and execute a wood-fired pizza–focused menu with elevated pub classics

• Work the line with speed, skill, and consistency

• Train, inspire, and grow a high-performing team

• Collaborate with ownership on menu innovation and seasonal specials

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Keep a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met

• A seasoned chef with proven leadership in high-volume kitchens

• Obsessed with great pizza—you live and breathe dough, fire, and flavor

• Creative and confident, yet disciplined and detail-oriented

• A strong communicator and respected leader who earns your team’s trust

• Calm under pressure and focused on quality

• Familiar with inventory systems and health code compliance
