Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to use statistical theories, programming skills, and quantitative analysis to develop outputs to assist the Market Regulation units and the agency. This includes:
Designs, recommends and monitors changes to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems, processes and/or procedures.
Reviews programs, services forms and reports; confers with management and users to identify and resolve problems. Prepares manuals and trains staff in the use of applications and procedures per policy.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00.
Employees of the Office of Insurance Regulation are paid on a monthly pay cycle.
This is a non-remote on-site position located in Tallahassee, FL.
