• The Front of House Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. 
• The Front of House Manager oversees the training and development of staff while maintaining an inclusive work environment. 
• The Front of House Manager achieves stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. 
• The Front of House Manager may have a specific focus on managing the beverage program, managing employees, and/or restaurant event planning.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Front of House Restaurant Manager with Mad Mex Robinson:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to pass a background screening
• 1 year of restaurant management experience
• An above-average knowledge of beer, spirits, and wine
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others

Physical requirements for Front of House Restaurant Manager with Mad Mex Robinson:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
