Our large local healthcare provider has several positions available in the culinary and nutrition department. These positions are located in several areas of the hospital kitchen. Under the direction of department leadership, Food Service Assistants perform a variety of duties related to preparing and serving meals to patients, employees and visitors; performs cashier, diet office, inventory/supply or dish room duties and other duties as assigned.

Part time 26 to 30 hours weekly

Will work rotating shifts day and evenings. Must be available to work weekends. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D., or 
• six (6) months to one (1) year of previous work experience in a food service or cash handling setting. 
• Drug screen
• TB Test
