Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience handling a full range of family law matters and a passion for advocating for clients during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence matters .
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials .
• Advise clients on legal strategies and options to achieve the best outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships , ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Contribute to the firm's overall success and growth through teamwork and collaboration.

About You

You are a dedicated and compassionate attorney with a strong background in family law and a desire to make a difference in clients’ lives. You thrive in fast-paced environments , have exceptional communication skills , and take pride in providing client-focused representation .

Requirements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar .
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience handling family law cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
