Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with strong experience in Facets and the healthcare domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, ensuring the accurate movement and transformation of data within healthcare systems. Familiarity with healthcare data standards, HIPAA compliance, and claims processing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using tools like Informatica, SSIS, or equivalent.
• Work extensively with Facets data structures, including claims, membership, provider, and billing modules.
• Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather ETL requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
• Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in existing ETL jobs.
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives within healthcare platforms.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in ETL development in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of Facets core modules (claims, membership, provider, etc.).
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and healthcare data models.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, EDI formats (e.g., 837, 835), and healthcare standards.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
