Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for appointments and events.
• Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making processes and project development.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
• Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables while ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools and scheduling software is a plus.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative in tasks.
