We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events that reflect our brand standards and client expectations. Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage events from concept through completion
Assist in planning event timelines, logistics, and schedules
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution
Monitor event details to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Support on-site event coordination and post-event follow-up activities
Maintain organized records, budgets, and event documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in basic office and planning tools
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
